Due to the large volume received, Abrams Books for Young Readers and Amulet Books cannot accept unsolicited works of fiction (picture books, novels, or related formats). We do, however, accept nonfiction manuscripts. For nonfiction picture books (manuscripts of 20 pages or less), please submit the entire manuscript for review. For longer works, please submit a table of contents, sample chapter, and synopsis (chapter by chapter). If other books already exist on the subject, provide the title, author, publisher and year of copyright (or publication) for these competing books and explain how your work differs. Please send nonfiction submissions along with your biographical information (what makes you qualified to write on the subject) via post, along with SASE, to the following address:
