Chicken Soup for the Soul: Parent to Parent

Chicken Soup for the Soul: Parent to Parent

Parenting! It’s the hardest but also the most rewarding job a person can have. The hours are 24/7, there is no vacation time off, and the pay… well there is no pay! The rewards though, can be endless.

When you write your story, we want to know what you were trying to accomplish, what you did, and how it worked for you. Tell us the issue and then tell us the different things you tried to deal with that issue. Did the very first thing you tried work? Did it take multiple tries to find something that worked? Did you try something that worked for one of your children only to find that it didn’t work at all for his or her brother or sister? How did you adjust your method?

Pay is $200 per accepted story + 10 copies of the book.
The deadline date for story up to 1200 words and poem submissions is July 31, 2016.
