This site features current writing opportunities for authors of all genres, with a preference for Christian publications. The submission opportunities featured on this blog site have been collected by Sally Clark. I am not an editor, publisher, or an agent. I am a writer who enjoys sharing submission information I find on the web with other writers.

The source of the information is listed at the bottom of each post. Please check these websites for additional writing articles and information on submissions in other genres.

If you experience any problems with the links or with submitting your material, please let me know. If you would like to receive free submission information via a daily email, drop me a line at sally@sallyclark.info and your name will be added to the e-list. Your name email address will never be shared or sold to anyone else. Promise!

Leaf Press’ Monday's Poem

http://www.leafpress.ca/guidelines.htm

New guidelines: We are now selecting poems which have been previously published in a journal or chapbook or book. Unpublished poems, and poems published on another website, are not eligible.

Poets from all over the world are welcome here. We select 4 poems from those we receive each month. Please e-mail your poem and bio and quirky photo to mail [at] leafpress.ca. Subject Line: Monday's Poem. We ask for non-exclusive one-time electronic rights only, but poets are given an option to archive the poem on the site. Please assure us in writing that you have the right to offer the poem for electronic publication, and include proper credits. We regret not being able to pay in cash—10080 minutes of fame is the best we can do—but we do provide links to your preferred webpages to help you promote your work.

Please note: We are no longer able to respond to each Monday's Poem submission. If your poem is selected, Leaf will write to you within ten days of its receipt. Please know that your poem has been read with pleasure and carefully considered, and remember that, after all, there are only four Mondays in a month. Send poems often, we love to read them. Monday's Poem takes a holiday every August.
