Focus on helping parents navigate the confusion, concern, and fear when a teenager has depression. When to get it diagnosed. How to know when it moves beyond sadness into true depression. What are signs to look for. What are ways to help and what should a parent avoid saying or doing. The article should include real-life stories and practical help.
